Mark Langley Quality Young Horses for Sale
Meet the quality progeny of our stallion Huggin with Style – all young horses have been trained by Mark Langley. Raised in ways which limit separation anxiety, our foals are grown out on pasture with their Mums, and sometimes Dad, and introduced to our free roaming herd to learn to be a horse. Handling is done carefully and meticulously by Mark so that when they are ready to sell, you have a mature minded, sensible and willing horse that is interested in learning, understands pressure (and is not worried by it); can float and travel safely; be led; tied up; feet picked up and trimmed.
Our clinics are full of horses that have had bad experiences or education that wasn’t appropriate for them (or both) with owners left trying to support and help these horses out of their troubles.
Mark’s techniques are highly proven when he takes one of his young horses amongst others: he notices their level emotional state, their ability to process under stress; manage their anxiety (not destinate or get increasingly anxious); their adjustability and astuteness to what is happening around them. These are undamaged, open minded, learning, capable and friendly horses: ready for you to have a life of enjoyment with.
All foals are registered by sale; and come from proven bloodlines of Australian Quarter Horses or Australian Stock Horses.

1. Pick your Foal
Come and meet your foal, their mother and father.
We'll handle their weaning safely and calmly and let your young horse grow in a herd environment on natural pasture.
2. Pay Agistment until you are ready
We'll take care of your horse, do trims, drenching, and educational handling as they grow.
3. Have Mark Start your horse - if you wish
Once a year, Mark will start a select group of horses.
Any horses we breed will be prioritised.
Follow up with a tailored clinic.
Join the other horse-started owners on a 5 day clinic at Skylark, where we have access to forest trails.
